Delayed payment of my 100000 NOK

So. It took 3 weeks to process the withdrawal after some (technical issues) after those 3 weeks I've got a confirmation email stating that my withdrawalls have been paid out on the 1.07.

9 days later, still haven't received anything on my Coinspaid account and after asking Coinspaid support if they can see any pending payments from Buumi casino to my Coinspaid account they said there are no movements.

Even more scary is that my whole transaction and game history on my Buumi account has been deleted.

The live chat has only one answer. Everytime I get in touch with them: "the relevant team is working on it"

It is a nightmare.

The amount is 100000 NOK (10000 euro)

User withdrew the funds to a BTC address: https:­//w­ww.b­lo­ckc­hai­n.c­om/­btc­/ad­dre­ss/­1BK­rMy­zfV­Hi6­dub­TSL­euh­aNY­BfN­38ESDJ4

The user has since claimed that we did not pay out, but the blockchain confirms that the funds were sent to the address the user requested the withdrawal to. The BTC that was withdrawn has since been moved, suggesting that the withdrawal was made to an active wallet.

Either the user set the wrong BTC address when withdrawing, and someone else has his BTC, or the user confused his wallets and thought he sent it to one wallet, but sent it to another. In the end, it is the users responsibility to set the right wallet address - once the transaction has been made on the blockchain, there is nothing that can be done to stop the transaction. What is clear is that we fulfilled our part of the withdrawal. We sent the BTC to the address that was input by the user, and the BTC arrived there as promised.
