I have still not got any email from them and it's been more than 2 days

Hello,

I have issues withdrawing money from buumi.com

Every time I have tried there is the same message popping up: "Something went wrong with payment redirection, please contact customer support"

I have been in contact with the casino numerous of times through live chat, where I have been told now that they have sent this case over to the right department and that I would get an email back in 1-2 days. I have still not got any email from them and it's been more than 2 days.

I have sent them an email to [email protected] yesterday where I have once again asked the same as above, not got any reply however.

I have also looked through the terms and conditions on the website and I do upfill all the terms for withdrawing the money and I can't see what the issue should be. Could you guys please help me out with this?

Please be informed, that we have reviewed your case, and found out that you have registered outside your region, due to this your account was created in wrong currency, as informed before, we are waiting for response from relevant team, in this case technical departement. In order to clear your account from details, and to let you register again from your region of your origin, after which we will transfer the balance to your new account that you will be able to use in correct currency, and have the option of withdrawal.
