I have still not got any email from them and it's been more than 2 days

I have issues withdrawing money from buumi.com
Every time I have tried there is the same message popping up: "Something went wrong with payment redirection, please contact customer support"
I have been in contact with the casino numerous of times through live chat, where I have been told now that they have sent this case over to the right department and that I would get an email back in 1-2 days. I have still not got any email from them and it's been more than 2 days.
I have sent them an email to [email protected] yesterday where I have once again asked the same as above, not got any reply however.
I have also looked through the terms and conditions on the website and I do upfill all the terms for withdrawing the money and I can't see what the issue should be. Could you guys please help me out with this?
