I am submitting a complaint against Boomerang. bet (operated by Golden Mirage Limitada, Costa Rica).
I recently won money and requested a withdrawal. In order to complete it, I submitted all required verification documents immediately. However, it has now been over two weeks, and my account is still not verified.
I have provided clear and valid documents multiple times. I even pointed out to their support that this delay is against their own stated rules, yet they keep postponing the process without any resolution.
This looks like a deliberate tactic to block my withdrawal, as there has been no valid explanation for the repeated delays. Two weeks is more than enough time to verify documents, and their refusal to act is unfair and unprofessional.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to investigate this case and help me get my account properly verified and my winnings released without further delay.
