3 withdrawals pending 19 days

I'm reporting unpaid withdrawals at boomerang-bet.com

Until mid-July 2026, I had a total of 23 successful 500 Euro withdrawals with no issues. My account is fully verified (KYC approved).

Since 17 July 2026, all my withdrawal requests have been stuck on "pending" with no payout. I submitted three requests on 15 July, 17 July, and 31 July 2026 - none have been paid. The first one is now pending for 19 days.

My current balance is. 21.500 Euro, including a significant win I cannot access.

For the past 10+ days, I have been contacting the live chat daily, but they only keep telling me to be "patient" and assure me that I will receive my money - without any concrete action or timeline.

Please help escalate this matter. I can provide screenshots and transaction IDs if needed.

Delaying verification and blocking withdrawal

I am submitting a complaint against Boomerang. bet (operated by Golden Mirage Limitada, Costa Rica).

I recently won money and requested a withdrawal. In order to complete it, I submitted all required verification documents immediately. However, it has now been over two weeks, and my account is still not verified.

I have provided clear and valid documents multiple times. I even pointed out to their support that this delay is against their own stated rules, yet they keep postponing the process without any resolution.

This looks like a deliberate tactic to block my withdrawal, as there has been no valid explanation for the repeated delays. Two weeks is more than enough time to verify documents, and their refusal to act is unfair and unprofessional.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to investigate this case and help me get my account properly verified and my winnings released without further delay.

Sportsbook is telling me for 10 days I have to wait, and they do their best to "speed up the process" etc etc.

Casino operates without license

I want all refunds of my deposits here because this casino is a scam website that operates without license gaming regulator. My all deposits here are 5200 usdt. I want a refund because they declare a false gaming license on their website. At first they put curacao, then they put pacgor. All gaming license regulators deny they have contract with boomerang.bet . They scam players by declaring fake information on their website so I want full refund of my deposits which are 5200 usdt.

A refund agreement was made with Boomerang.bet on 26-06-2024 and it was stated that I would receive the payment within 20 business days at the latest, but the payment did not reach me. They keep me waiting every time with various excuses, and now instead of solving the problem, they are putting forward the excuse of lack of signature. It has been 16 weeks since this process started, but they have not resolved the situation in any way, they do not respond to my e-mails, I contact them via live chat, nothing is done except telling me to wait for an e-mail.

Delayed payment since 6th of june no withdrawal

I played at the website and made my first withdrawal on the 6th of june. 800 euro. 7th of june 700 euro and 11th of june 181 Euro. My account is fully verified and I took no bonus. The casino is telling me since 10 days I have to wait, and they do their best to "speed up the process" etc etc. The VIP-Agent confirmed me a few days ago I would receive my withdrawals on that same day, but nothing was received.
