Cy it states on the website 100% bonus plus 10 on first deposit. I received neither on my first deposit. When I told the rep after a few deposits she said there was nothing available????? my deposit was 80 and I should have gotten that and the10. The rep also said they were sorry but I still didn't receive this. Also they advertise that on Fridays they give a 25% cashback right on the homepage. After rolling over 15000 I have gotten back $8. I should have at least 100 back from this and need your help. After all the business I have give them I find this truly unfair

Maybe there wass confusion I had two bonuses taken away for playing the wrong games which wasn't my fault the latter of the 2 of about 22 was credited backk but not the first of 33 which should have been as it shdnt hv been taken away this happened first and the bonus team agreed on the 2nd thus at least that first 33 shd be returned
