I placed a withdrawal of Rs 2500 on 8th July but it is still in pending. After 48 hours on 10th july I was given a complaint no- OP-117708. I was informed that at the earliest the issue will be addressed. I have been contacting with customer service everyday but I am getting no results. Again on 12 July Rs 2000 withdrawal was placed but same pending issue. Customer executive gives the same reply everyday to just wait.
Please look into the matter.

Its a harrasment from Bluechip casino. They don't provide any details because they don't have it.
