I made a deposit of 18400 on 23 May, but deposit failed & my amount was deducted from my account.
I was told by casino that I would receive refund within 6-7 business days but no solution.
On complaint to bank, the chargeback was created but was declined by beneficiary bank.

Provided all necessary information like transaction id & bank rejection of chargeback complaint to support staff but they keep on saying we didn't receive any amount.
Waiting for the solution.
