Hi Askgambler,
I am facing trouble to withdraw winnings from bluechip casino.
Amount: 50000 INR
I am VIP and fully verified my account. Requested withdrawal more than 24 hours back and it's not processed but cancelled. After submitting my withdrawal, casino has become unresponsive and live chat is not working on website and my emails are also unanswered. Additionally, if they have Bank transfer issue they are not processing via alternative method because I used icash.one wallet in the past for deposit and it's not available for withdrawal. This is the third consecutive incident I faced after placing withdrawal request. I also have noticed that after changing the licence and the ownership of this casino, every time i have to submit the complaint at askgambler then they process my withdrawal. Being a VIP player this unclear situation is bothering me and also unresponsivenes of the operator.
They had conveyed me over a email that yesterday by EOD my withdrawal will be processed but it's still not processed and they are not responding now.
Please check attached screenshot and help me to withdraw my winnings.

How he was able to confirm me my account private details like available balance? How he blocked my account? How he confirmed me the withdrawal status if he was a scammer? How he exactly sent a msg that my withdrawal was successful and it was credited few minutes ago only.

Dear Askgambler and Bluechip Casino,
Can somebody explain what exactly is going on in between both of you?
I am getting forum private message from the user named Bluechip Support and he first demanded me 15K bribe I reported those screenshots to live chat of bluechip they recognise that it's a scam profile and not relevant to us.
Then how can that person was able to block my account? After reporting, he again started messaging me that it's was triggered by askgamblers and no deposit is required. After he sent me message that my withdrawal is successful post that I received my amount but my account is still locked.
I need clarification on
1. If that profile really belongs to bluechip?
2. If yes, then why asking funds in private instead of replying here.
3. If no, how he managed to lock my account, confirm exact account details, release my withdrawal?
Askgamblers, I think you seriously needs to re-evaluation of bluechip rating and trust score. Because of your high rating, users may get scammed on bluechip.
