Request for Assistance Regarding Verification Delay and Pending Withdrawal at BlueChip Casino

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to request your assistance regarding a serious issue with BlueChip Casino. I have fully completed all KYC (Know Your Customer) document submissions as requested by the casino. However, despite my cooperation, my verification process is being continuously delayed without a clear reason or reasonable timeline.
Before winning a larger amount, I successfully withdrew smaller amounts multiple times without facing any verification problems. However, after winning ₹4.5 million rupees, the casino has now raised verification issues and blocked my withdrawal.
I understand that under AGCCS guidelines, I must wait for the casino’s internal investigation to conclude before submitting an official complaint. However, the casino has been delaying for an unreasonable period without completing the verification or providing clear communication.
I kindly request your advice and assistance regarding how I can proceed to protect my rights as a player and recover my legitimate winnings.

We reserve the right to periodically review gameplay in accordance with our rule 9.5.
During such a review, we discovered that the user had won a significant amount of money, so the case was forwarded to the game provider for win verification. Unfortunately, this process took longer than expected.
Subsequently, we received confirmation that there were no issues with the gameplay. As a result, the user should have received their winnings. However, the user canceled all active withdrawal requests, and the funds were used for further gameplay.
