My Name is < name removed > and it has been 8-10 days since I open an account in Bluechip Casino and I deposited 5000₹ and start playing games.
And I also got a freebet worth 10000₹ on deposit of 5000₹ and from that freebet I won some money 1.6L₹ which I placed a withdrawal on 20 December which is still Pending and everything I have sent as a kyc and my kyc verification is also fully completed.
But still they are not processing my withdrawal. I am daily contacting them via live chat but they are not saying anything just saying we and our technical team have problems so we will proceed with your withdrawal as soon as possible whenever I asked how much time it takes they replied they have no timeframe.
I also mail Bluechip Casino about this but there also they didn't reply so now I decided to come to you so that you can help me because I saw a good casino review and ratings of bluechip casino on your platform.
This is the withdrawal amount which I placed.
1st Withdrawal:- 28023₹
2nd Withdrawal:- 49999₹
3rd Withdrawal:- 49999₹
4th Withdrawal:- 20402₹
I send already evidence if u need anything else please let me know what kind of proof u need I got everything.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
This is to confirm that my all withdrawals are processed now and i have received that but i am requesting you to take actions on such type of casino sites strictly for not giving proper resolution on time and we (customer) have to suffer and we have to then go here to here for complaint for our own money. They have delayed my withdrawal tooo much delay that i can't tell you. You can count from 20 Dec 2022 and i receive all my money on 4 Jan 2022 almost 14-15 day. My Verification is also completed.
And one more thing they are saying fell free us contact but after mail they not responding even after 48 hours also if a customer facing problems. And the live chat agent not even helping 0.1% they only saying our team ask you to wait so you have to wait.
Now i mentally too much stressed because of the delay from the side of bluechip casino (shit Casino) .
It's you AskGambler because of that i got my money after 14 day if you were not there then i don't how much delay they do.
So I am asking for Compensation from the bluechip casino for delayed my withdrawal for 14 days for no reason.
It's not my mistake it's bluechip mistake that they have chooses worst payment provider or whatever be the reason the mistake is from your side it's clearly visible to everyone. So my compensation is genuine.

As we know now, your three withdrawals of 49999 INR, 49999 INR, and 20 402 INR via Netbanking were credited to your bank account on December 30 at 12:55 PM (UTC). And the last withdrawal of 28 013 INR via IMPS was successfully credited to your bank account on January 4 at 7:24 PM (UTC).
Our team made all it took to figure out the reason for the delay.
