I have done withdrawal from BlueChip Casino on 31.01.2024 and that was approved. But the payment is not credited to my account.
I have raised the issue with them but they told me since the entry is old entry they can not do anything.
I have also provided my bank statement to them but still they are not helping.
I am attaching the reply given by the casino.
Please help me to get back my money.
