I have a complaint about the BlueChip Casino that I deposited ₹4000 to my Bluechip account. initially and after losing some games I did withdrawal of my remaining balance which was ₹3599 on 20 December 2023 but I didn't receive the amount in my bank account.
They gave me a UTR number to get confirmation from my bank so I approached my bank and gave the details back to BlueChip Casino that the amount got returned to their sender due to some technical issue. But it's been more than 2 weeks and they are not giving me my money back to either my BlueChip account or my bank account.
I contacted their customer chat support almost 20+ times till now but they are not replying properly. They are just wasting my time, I think they are doing fraud with me.
Please look into this matter.

This is to inform you that I received my ₹3599 amount in my gaming wallet on 6th Jan 2024 after complaint and I initiated my withdrawal again of amount ₹3598 on 6th Jan 2024 itself but 3 days has already passed and I haven't received my money yet. The time asked above by bluechip team was 24-36 hours for money transfer, and it has already passed and I haven't received my money to my bank account yet.
Please look into this matter and transfer my money as soon as possible.
