Winning amount withdrawal is on hold due to critical account verification process
Dear Askgambler Team,
I am highlighting the account verification issue I faced on Bluechip Casino since last week. My winning amount of 400000 INR is on hold just because of account verification which is standard. One very first time I got an email that I needed to pass account verification same I had provided including my passport, bank statement and Bank Card (don't know why it is required) I am continuously following up with the support team and all they guys are useless I just received my complaint number and the response saying we have escalated the issue with relevant department and kindly wait. After checking my account verification status it has again shown 'unverified' from 'verified' I again dropped an e-mail reply on same email where I asked to provide bank statement but no reply from [email protected] and customercare@bluechip.io as well whom I marked email. After we upload the required documents we see that the account is successfully verified and after few hours it again shows unverified and asks for same documents again and again. I have provided my bank statement without password in PDF and in JPG as well still they declined. I really don't know why they need bank card (debit/credit) which I never used to deposit/withdraw. On very next day I was surprised to see that they needed my crypto address verification also and if I didn't complete I didn't get my withdrawal amount. Now today on 30/09/2023 my account status is verified but still my funds have not released and support team and no longer useful as even they don't understand our questions and give us automated replies to any of our concerns. There is no email reply no account verification update and no proper guidance for verification process they just simply decline. I am eagerly expecting help in this matter. Thank you so much.
