I made the deposit of Rs.10000 on 27th February 2025. But that money is not credited to casino account. I contacted the casino. After their investigation they said they didn't receive the money. I contacted my bank. My bank confirmed, the money is already settled to benificery account. I directly paid to casino. How come they are saying money not received? Please kindly help me to get my money back. Thanks in advance.

We still maintain that the funds were not credited to the casino account, but as a gesture of goodwill towards the player, we have decided to credit an amount equivalent to the deposit to the player's casino account. These funds are now available in the player's account.
