On 19th Oct I deposited money on BlueChip Casino rs 2100 and submitted my UTR on the payment page, but today 25th Oct my money was not deposited in the casino wallet.
Every day I chat with their support but they reply that the payment team is processing your request it will be available soon (OP-140991 in my complaint number provided by support) but they refused to give any time frame..
In this way day by day going but no update in my balance.
I am intense now, It's 7 days to go but the deposit is not credited.
Please help me.
