Hi Team,

I have been successfully depositing and withdrawing the funds from BlueChip Casino. But my two UPI deposits using the Paytm platform have not been credited for more than 10 days now. OP numbers given for my case by BlueChip chat support are OP-140380 - 17th Oct for INR 500
OP-140704 - 18th Oct for INR 1000.
The transaction details and confirmation screenshots with UPI reference number has been provided to Bluechip casino 10 days back. I have been following up everyday since then but there is no ETA on when the deposits will be issued.

I have requested a callback and there manager promised me that I will be provided with an update within 24 hours but I have received no communication. Chat service help and manager both are saying that there are issues with payment partner and they don't have any idea how much time it will take to resolve the issue.

Please help me with these 2 deposits of 1500 INR in total.
