Account remained active after self exclusion request
On December 18, 2025, a permanent self-exclusion request explicitly citing a gambling addiction was sent via email to supporÂt@bÂigcÂlasÂh.com. BigClash Casino failed to process the request or lock the account.
Because the account remained unrestricted following the self-exclusion request, three deposits totaling €125 were subsequently made between September 27, 2026 and October 8, 2026, and lost:
27.09.2026: €25 (ID: 1105624015)
01.10.2026: €50 (ID: 1109558140)
08.10.2026: €50 (ID: 1115477497)
On September 27, 2026, at 11:57 (after the first €25 deposit), I sent another email to [email protected] ("Gambling Continued After Self-Exclusion Request") again, stating my gambling addiction and asking why my account had not been closed. One minute later at 11:58, BigClash sent an automated confirmation confirming they received my email with Ticket ID: 56768994. I also sent a follow-up email on October 1, 2026, at 16:38 asking why I still had not received a reply, yet the account was still left open for the October 1 and October 8 deposits.
Desired Resolution:
A full refund of the €125 deposits made after the self-exclusion request sent on December 18, 2025, and permanent closure of my account. Screenshots of the sent emails, Ticket ID 56768994, recipient list and email details and the account payment history are attached.
