Withdrawal is taking too long
Hi, I
made a withdrawal request on 30.3.2023 (€1100). The withdrawal request was approved on 4.4.2023 after I had submitted all the required documents to the casino and I received an email about the approval, which said that the money would appear in my account in 1-2 business days.
I've been asking for my money every day and yesterday 12.4 the casino asked for a bank statement as proof that I haven't received the money. I sent the bank statement and now I haven't received any reply to my messages.
I have chatted with customer service in the casino and they assured me that the matter is "under investigation". I hope you could help me in this uncertain situation. I read several similar stories on the forums.
So all the documents have been approved and the withdrawal is ok. The money just doesn't show up in my account.
