Verification stalling


Hello, I am now already waighting for 2 weeks that they are gonna review my account. I have sent them all the proper documents twice already I want t to withdraw 1850 euro but why are the stalling for the verification? I have sent emails and the told me that there financial department is on it and that is now almost 2weeks ago and I am not getting any response from them. I need your help please. I have spent a lot off money in this casino but when you win something you get no answer from them is no joke, it’s real money.
