Refusing payment and any further details


27 december i asked for withdraw from EUR 600,00. The first week they say my payment will be processed. After one week they suddenly say that because i might have multiple accounts and they will investigate first. This already is since 2 january 2019. First of all I only have one account, second it takes too long time now, they surely dont want to pay my withdraw. They just want to find a reason to let me wait, and wait and wait….but nothing happens
I did not receive any answer anymore. Like this i will never receive my withdraw.
By the way my account is succesfully verified. Everytime i make the witdray they reject it. I tried to solve this with them but nothing happens.

I asked again for the withdraw, i promised you i would wait untill friday 8 februari and That is today

You did not find multiple accounts, which i already knew, now you must pay my payment, show That you are reliable finally
