Problem with withdrawal since May 2023


May of this year, I wagered a bonus in this casino, bet the amount of 25 euros for withdrawal. The withdrawal was canceled and a deposit was requested. I made min. deposit 10 euros. Then the conclusion was approved and confirmed to me (screenshots in the attachment).

The withdrawal has been carried out to a bank account for the third month. The casino administration and support service respond with standard phrases - problems on the provider's side (screenshots in the attachment).

An official letter confirming payment in favor of the provider is not given. I believe that my rights as a player are being violated by the casino, and fraudulent activities are being carried out aimed at forcing players to make deposits and artificially delay payments in the future.

We would like to provide you with an update on the situation based on the information we have gathered.

Upon investigating the payout issue, we can confirm that the payout was successfully processed some time ago. According to our records, the transaction was completed and should have reached the player by now.

To help us investigate further and locate the payout, we kindly requested the player to provide us with a bank statement for the bank account associated with the payout. Unfortunately, the bank statement the player has provided us with did not match the account in question.

We attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out to the player multiple times, requesting the correct bank statement or any additional information that could help us identify the issue and expedite the resolution. Regrettably, we did not receive any cooperation or response from the player's end, despite our best efforts.

To move forward and resolve this payout issue, we kindly request that the player provides a bank statement for the correct bank account associated with the payout.
