Payment of 2600e delayed

Hey!

I won 2600€ from Big5Casino and made a withdrawal 1/6/2023. My account has verified 6/6/2023.
After that I have been asking almost daily from their live chat, customer care via email and also from their legal department when I get my money. They just ask me to wait but the withdrawal request is still pending in my account. They say that the "legal process takes time" but they will speed up the process by sending a message to their relevant department. Now I have waited 26 days and still nothing. I also sent them a message that I will ask help from here if they can't answer how long I need to wait or is there any errors in my withdrawal.

I never used bonuses or free spins and the money has wagered properly. I also read the terms of service many times before I started to play in the casino and everything should be ok in that part.

Please can you help me in this situation? Thank you!
