Payment is delayed

Hello

I initiated a withdrawal at the Big5Casino on 2023-05-23, it has been in accepted state for more than two weeks now, and I've yet to receive the funds. The casino asked me for a bank statement, as a proof that no funds have been received, and I sent it over on 2023-05-17. The casino keeps telling me they'll investigate and meanwhile, nothing seems to be happening, and mind you that this is a verified account and they've approved the withdrawal long ago. It's just that regardless of all that no money seems to be forthcoming.

It also appears that I am not the only Big5 customer having this issue. I'm hoping you might be able to help me and other Big5 customers by convincing them to honor their commitments and to move things along.

Nothing has changed since my last message; I've yet to receive any funds from Big5Casino. This regardless of that fact just yesterday I sent them a bank statement, after they requested it as proof that no funds had arrived.

Note that yesterday was the third time this happened: Big5Casino says they've transferred the funds, I'm forced to conclude no funds have arrived and inform them, and then Big5Casino requests a bank statement as proof.

Given the above, and with respect to all parties, I'd suggest you consider the possibility that Big5Casino is simply playing for time with no intent on actually resolving the matter. As far as I know, SEPA payments are reliable and the casino's claim that three of their supposed transfer attempts have fallen through is increasingly hard to believe.
