Payment is delayed

I initiated a withdrawal at the Big5Casino on 2023-05-23, it has been in accepted state for more than two weeks now, and I've yet to receive the funds. The casino asked me for a bank statement, as a proof that no funds have been received, and I sent it over on 2023-05-17. The casino keeps telling me they'll investigate and meanwhile, nothing seems to be happening, and mind you that this is a verified account and they've approved the withdrawal long ago. It's just that regardless of all that no money seems to be forthcoming.
It also appears that I am not the only Big5 customer having this issue. I'm hoping you might be able to help me and other Big5 customers by convincing them to honor their commitments and to move things along.
