Have not received my money

I signed up for a no deposit soon got up to $1000 withdrew $600 was only entitled to $80 as it was 10x bonus money which was $8 on the 2nd of February I have done this. I finally verified to their satisfaction after many days of replying with further evidence and was told I was verified. I got in contact and I’ve deposited multiple times also I’ve been. In touch they told me it was sent on the 21st of February and takes two days depending on bank it’s now the 1st of march and I still have not received it!!!! Now they are asking for evidence from ME that I didn’t receive it! It was $80!!!! It’s not about the money it’s the moral!!!!! I’ve never ever waited this long for an $80 lousy dollar payment.
