As per your payment, I would like to inform you that your withdraw has been accepted, and in accordance with our terms and conditions the withdraw has been split up in installments.

The first installment of €1000 was processed on 28/6/20 and should have reached you within 2 to 5 business days in accordance with the international banking frames. The second installment shall be done around the 18th of July.

Hello, yes I have received 1000€ of my winnings 2000€ I still waiting another 1000€. They say it will be transferred 18.7 but I don't have received it

Still I am waiting my another 1000€, today I ask what's going on they say is not processed yet??? And the day was 18.7? Seriously what is do hard about this casino to pay ! And I got another 900€ waiting. And this can't be processed until earlier withdraw is done??
