Delayed verification and €1,600 withdrawal


4.12 i was happy to withdraw 1600€ in big5casino.

Asked in chat if i need to send docs, they said those will be asked if needed.

Decided to send docs in forehand to speed up the process because i was only allowed to use bank transfer which can take up to 4 days to arrive in bank account. I used trustly as deposit method.

I was also asked to send picture of my bank card (5 middle digits coverd), though i hadn`t used that method.

7.12 i got email they have received my docs and will be forwarded.

Since then i have been asking when will my docs be approved and withdraw done. They keep asking me for patience and to give them a bit more time and a bit more time. And so i gave time till friday, after that till monday, even after that i tried to get them to just tell me exact how long should i still give, but no.. Withdraws are said to last 48 hours , in chat they told it can take more, but can`t tell how much more.

Support has been very polite and i have been very irritating, but can you blame me? After this long time and still not going forward. This is so unfair and should be better informed. I have now been waiting for 8 days for account verification and 11 days sens my withdraw application. Waiting this long is not acceptable.
