Hi there,

I withdrew €198.08 from Big5Casino via bank transfer on 26th August (see file attached). I was asked for and submitted all verification documents on the 1st of September. On the 5th of September I received an email saying that my verification processed had been received and that the payout request had been accepted (see file attached). I have not received any payment nor heard anything from them since. I simply want my money. Can you help please?
