Big5Casino - Delayed Payment of 400euros

I made a deposit of 10€ (No bonus , just 10€ depo) and played some of my favourite games for quite a few hours on the evening of the 26th november. I got up to 400 euros, requested payout.

I fill out my kyc immediately and KYC process was completed in few days.

On 29th November i got an email from big5casino that my withdrawal is approved and money should reach my bank in 1-2 business days. I waited till 2nd december and I asked through chat where is my money. They said be patient and wait till next monday. Well I waited , nothing.

I went to chat again and I did ask are they gonna pay me at all and i got the same answer, be patient.
In FAQ it clearly says that money is transfered in 48 hours. So they ask a bank statement from incoming payments between 29th november and 2nd December (if i remember right). I did send a screenshot from my bank statement with my phone and i got a respond in few hours that they dont accept a screenshots , it has to be in PDF format. I went to my bank with my pc and downloaded my bank statement and sended it to the casino. I didnt get an answer untill friday (today) and its propably because I did reach the chat again.
All what I get as answer is "Be patient , no worries at all", "Big5casino has send the money but there is some delay in transfer" or something like that.

Is this good customer support? No. They dont give you any information. I did ask to see a receipt of the transfer but didnt get it. Are they trying to delay the payment to make players to be "Im too tired to fight for this money , idc" or what is behind this? Its 2022 and I have never experienced any kind of delays from my bank side in last 17 years.

I made a deposit via Trustly and in evry other casino what I have played and made deposit by Trustly, ive got my winnings pretty mutch like instantly.

AG, please help me get my winnings because I feel like im getting scammed

16 Days and no money. Looks like they are not doing anything to this. Everybody should avoid this casino
