Delayed payment for 5 weeks

I had an approved withdrawal for $2935.01 on the 24th of march and apart for one email that in my opinion is just a stalling tactic, I have not received any updates on it nor have I received any money in my bank.

I'm tired of waiting for this win so I have chosen to make a complaint in hopes of expediting the payment to me.

I still can't find a $2935 payment. If it was done in smaller payments I won't have recognised it so could you tell me how many payments were sent and what each one was and I'll look for them inn my banking and confirm that they are there or not.
