I have over 10 emails from their legal department and 20 chat transcripts with the casino. They are all very similar, here is an example from August 25, 2023;
"I did check your account and can see that your withdrawal is indeed still pending.
We understand that this process is taking longer to be done, and this was certainly not intentional. I contacted our relevant department once again to make sure you get your resolution very soon. Until then, I would like to ask you for more time."
Also, regarding my cashout, I was told by host "Angie" on August 1st that: "I understand and I am sorry to hear that. However, it will be resolved very soon and you will receive your winnings with no issues."
I feel I've been very patient and tried all I could to resolve this on my own. Unfortunately, after 3 months with all my exhaustive documentation verified, I'm still waiting on my cashout and answers from their end remain the same.
I can provide all documentation supporting my complaint if required.
