I won nearly 4000 euros 8th of november, first it took quite a while for the approval of the withdrawal, but as I was already verified I eventually got the withdrawal approved. However I was first promised that the first part of the payment (only 1000e) was sent already (15th of november) , and that the 2nd part (1000e) would be sent 27th on November, I got confirmation from the 2nd part too, but had not received and did not receive either of those. After that I complained, got asked to send my bank statement, which I did send that showed nothing had been received. After that they told me on the 11th of december that installment of 1000 euros has processed and sent and should arrive within 2 bank days. Well surprise surprise I still have not received 1 cent out of the withdrawal of 3897.54
