Big5 Casino - Payment delayed for 2 months
I am filing this complaint against big5casino, because their payment has been delayed for two months. I withdrew my winnings from big5 casino on 16th of April 2023. After confirming that my account was verified I got a withdrawal confirmation within three days of the withdrawal that said that the money should arrive in 1-2 business days. A week or two passed and I contacted Big5casinos chat and asked about the withdrawal since I hadn't received them. They advised me to wait patiently and that my money is coming soon. The money were nowhere to be seen and I contacted the casino few more times, when I was asked to send a bank statement from the withdrawal day to present day. This happened in late May. I sent the bank statement and I got an answer that the case will be handled with utmost priority. Two weeks went by and the casino hadn't contacted me and I hadn't received my money, so I contacted them again on 5th of June. I got an answer that the case is still being investigated. It's been almost two months since I first withdrew my winnings and still haven't received them. I will put some screenshots of the emails that I sent and received.
I am asking that the casino would give me the delayed payment as soon as possible, and I think my demand is justified because I have provided all documents to be verified and the casinos terms and conditions state that all withdrawals under 5000€ will be handled within 12 hours and will pe paid in one part.
