I have never seen a casino like this. First problems to verifed my account. I send everything. Bill, copy of pasport front and back, bank statement with deposit and bank staement with my name on it. After a few days i get the message that i must send a copy of my bank card front and back. I didnt deposit with credit card. When i send that i must another three days. The good news was that on the same day my account was verifed and 10 minutes later my withdraw of 1024 euro was processed. I was really sick that the veification take so long because i was on holiday and can used the money. Now 7 days later they promised me that the latest dat=y that i recieved the money friday august 16 . That was 7 days later. In the most casinos when you withdraw its processed it takes up to 48 hours maximum. Now i get the news that there wil be a investigation to see wht is going wrong. For a few days i ask please when did i get the money ??? Always another excuse. This casino did everything not to paid or to paid when they want to. I read more complaints to all the casinos on this domain group. Well i can inform thats really true.

They ask me to send from agust 9 to august 16 all the details from my bank account. I cant believe this because the casino can see all my transactions. For some reasons is this action another excuse to delay my payment of 1024 euro.

I play in many casinos but this casino is really unbelievable. So as you can see on the screenshot that i send i have another withdraw from only a few euros. Even that is 8 days ago. The reason that this withdraw was so low is that the maximum was 50 euro to cash out. Thats why my other 450 free spins are gone . This casino try everything not to paid out. Not even a excuse , completly nothing. Only a reply give as some time . Yeah another time . There are more casinos who ask gamblers make blacklisted. But this casino is really to bad. Twice approved and processed and only lies by different chat host. Even that you people are lying and that i think i take a small holiday because you promised that the money is there in a few days . Also you can see that i cant deposit only when my withdraw was processed. Again, shame on you people
