Tarun1463 is my username and i deposited 5,000inr and claimed welcome bonus and after wagering I'm trying to withdraw 38,000inr. But the casino's live chat is not there at all and they're not replying via mail too. I deposited using upi(Indian) then as there is no proper Indian Bank transfer I used crypto to withdraw. They are not asking any documents from me or the live chat is there even not even replying to my mail. Please help me solve this .

Delays with withdrawal at BetMartini

I would like to bring to your attention the delays I am experiencing with BetMartini.

The total amount I am waiting for is over USD. 350.

My account was verified and my issue was resolved the last time I contacted you. This is a new case.

Please see the attached documentation.

The first withdrawal that is still pending was made on 14th March 2025.

Betmartini - Withdraw is delayed and suspicious unauthorized withdrawal

Hello Askgamblers!

I initiated a withdrawal on BetMartini on the 07-01-2025 at 13:45. It has not been credited to my Astropay account to date. I tried another withdrawal on 09-01-2025 at 01:10 just to check if there was a problem with the first one. The second one has also not been credited to my AstroPay account.

I only use AstroPay. Today I logged in to check on the status and found a couple of new withdrawal requests that I did not make. I cancelled them immediately and I have initiated a request to withdraw the rest of my money from the account.

I have contacted support about the withdrawal and also reported the suspicious activity. They send me this message every time they respond

Kindly note that once your withdrawal request is processed by our KYC team, you will receive a notification via email.

I have withdrawn my funds 199e Skrill, but my withdrawal has not been completed for 4 days. When I asked the customer service, they said it will be completed. They can not answer date it or anything useful. I have try contact email later no answer.
