Hello. I tried to do a withdraw in this casino 10 days ago, gave the documents numbers and tried this withdraw, less than 30$. The casino opens me a page where I need to click in a link to liberate this withdraw. In this page, it says the withdraw was approved. Well, I click on the link and its go to a page saying there is an error about the information.

Well, I talked with the support asking for the cancel of this withdraw and they say they cant do it because it was approved. I sent all the prints, and they said first to wait 5 days, than after it they said they would send my case to specialist teams. I asked again for the cancellation of this withdraw but they say they cant do that. The specialist team didn't contact, and after 10 days I just gave up about the money. The answer they give me is always that they cant do nothing. I sent the prints and they just say to try again (I clicked millions of time, refresh page, cleaned cookies, and is always the same information. Hard to believe in this type of problem in a casino that have more than 9 rating here.

i ll send how things are in the site. there is this part of the withdraw where it says it was approved. and when you click in the link for the withdraw, it redirects for this page saying there is an error in the informations. support says it need to go for a specialist team. the unbeliveable stuff is there is no option to cancel the withdraw and try another methode, suport also says that they cant cancel it, so my money is basically blocked. i never saw something like that in my life.

Hello. The casino didn't answer here but they send me an automatic message to confirm that the money is not block anymore. The withdraw was canceled. The money was back in my account and i just tried to make another withdraw and it worked. So i think this case was successfully resolved despite they didnt answer here. Thank you.
