Hello, I would like to file a complaint against betandyou casino for delay of payment. I made a withdrawal of 30 dollars to my AIRTM e-wallet on May 15, 2024 and today is May 27 and I still haven't received it ( The $30 withdrawal is approved, as shown in the attached screenshot). I have contacted betandyou support and they always reply the same thing that I should wait, but it has been too long and I still haven't received my withdrawal. So I need your help to get a solution. Thank you

Dear all.
For technical reasons this payment has been frozen by the payment system. After the appeal of the player we returned the funds to the balance, after which the player made a successful withdrawal. At the moment the funds have been successfully withdrawn. Regards Betandyou
