Hi!
I won 350 euro on this casino this saturday and the only reason I opened an account here was because of the fast payouts stated here at askgamblers.
Anyhow, verification process went fine but after that the chat gives me very confusing answers and has promised me that I will get the cash today (thursday) but still nothing.
And 3 days ago they said wednesday.
Now they say friday but it's impossible for me to get the cash tomorrow if the timeframe AFTER the payout is 5-7 days.

Now I am really getting concerned and the withdraw is still not even approved.

Can you please help me askgamblers.

Unfortunately, player failed to provide adequate feedback within the given 96-hours time frame for response. As per the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service terms and guidelines, player is supposed to provide updates on their issues in a timely and responsible manner, something that player did not do regrettably.

The complaint is being rejected due to submitter's inactivity and the case is now officially closed.
