Been 4 months since I wait to be paid

I have been dealing with slots of vegas for over 4 months now. I sent in documents and was told everything was received. Then I would wait and instead of being contacted I would call them again and they would tell me something else was missing. This went on like 3or 4 times. Now, for almost 2 1/2 months it has been the delay is because it can't be wired or documents are incomplete. But when I contact the next day everything is complete. I changed it from wire transfer to check. I contact them every couple of days and everyone has a different answer. They say 7 - to 14 business days, but I feel that I have waited long enough and feel that I should receive what is mine. I think I have waited long enough. They do nothing but give fals le hope.

The amount of my withdraw is $700. I had one customer service agent tell me that because it is a huge amount that it should not have taken this long.
