Withdrawals pending for over 3 months now


Hello, I played at B-Bets in march the 19th. Since this time, I'm waiting for my winnings. After almost 3 months I got 2500€ of 6800€. I know the T&C for the withdrawals and I am fully verified without any problem. B-Bets never gave right answers where my money is. First they said, it was transferred successfull. I proofed the opposit with bank statements showing that no money was transferred. A lot of email & live chat, always disappointed because I felt like getting standard answers. At the moment, I am waiting for the next 2500€ which should be done since last month. I asked these days at live chat for info, what happened, whats the problem again and a transfer ID to give this to my bank and checking it. But nobody helped again. If I wasnt asking for my money, they wouldn't even give me info that they have problems, that's so horrible support. I really hope, that you can help me, I feel like never getting my money and always waiting for the next excuse! For me, B-Bets isn't serious. I thank you a lot for you help and the possibility to write you my problems, really!

First and foremost we would like to present our sincerest apologies for the time it took to retrieve this information and provide you with updates on the matter.

Your payout request in question of 1880.71 euro was initially requested on 4th of July 2018 and has been at the time rejected by our finance department due to lack of deposit. As per our AML policy, there should be a deposit in the last 3 months in an account in order for us to process a payout. We have had requested from the player to complete this requirement. On the 8th of July, you have made the deposit and requested the withdrawal of the same amount again. Following up your request has been reviewed and approved on the 10th of July. We have attached the payment details of the transfer. Please, confirm having received this payment.
