I requested payout on 12.11.2021, today is 13.12.2021, the casino is saying everyday "Relevant department is taking sometimes a little longer to process". They are not giving information on they payout schedule or anything so far. I have submitted KYC documents on the same day as the withdrawal, but everyday in email they answer with same automatic email "Relevant department is taking a little longer". This is scam casino that never pays. The amount is around 3000€.
