Withdrawal of €400 delayed for weeks


Hello.

I made a withdrawal request of 400e on 17.7. I did not use a bonus. I was requested to send documents for verification on 20.7. I sent the documents on the same day. I was asked for additional documents on 22.7 and I sent the requested documents the same day. On 27.7 I sent them a e-mail asking about the status of my withdrawal. I got an answer back on the same day saying that it was still a work in progress. After that I have heard nothing from the casino.
