Withdrawal of €3,000 delayed for too long


25-03-2019 i made the withdraw. The day after i start chatting with Brian from the live chat, i asked him if could send me an e-mail to verify my account so my withdraw process will be a bit quicker.

@ friday my account was verified, But my withdraw was declined at exactly the same time. I had to withdraw again. We're now 4 days away from my 2nd payment. And the people working their at live chat /email are telling me the same thing "It will be processed soon".

Normally i have a lot of patient. But i heard 4 times now that my payment was in the next process batch. Like :

Hi, Thanks for the update. I was on a holiday so sorry for the delay. It's hard for me to tell since the next payment will be on 29-04-2019. My overall experience about b-bets telling the truth is not that good. This already taking way to long and i just dont get it:).
