Withdrawal not complete after 10 days

The casino offers only one way to withdrawal and it is by bank transfer. Unfortunately, my bank(tangerine) does not do international bank transfers. They to send a message to their support team if that's the case so I did. It took 7 days for them to answer me saying that they would check my claim. It has been another 3 days now and no news. You can literally find the information with a 2 minutes internet search. They are clearly doing it on purpose.

The matter is not resolve yet. They have agreed to withdrawal trough Muchbetter but I cannot choose the option in the payout list. They are working on that for the last 2 days.
