Withdrawal missing for 5 weeks

Requested a withdrawal of 1,129.50 EUR on Oct 12 through bank transfer. Two weeks later the Casino said they have to do an investigation on the transfer as something went wrong. Since then I did not get any updates. When will I get my money? 5 weeks is already a long time. The last thing they told me in the live chat 10 minutes ago was: "We have reported your missing payout to our finance department. We still have not received updates on this yet. We will get back to you once we have any"

You are correct that your requested withdraw was of €1129.50.

There was a wrong entry when processing the payment and it was entered as €1125 instead of €1129.50.

Our finance department will add the €5 difference to your account balance.

Should you wish to receive these 5 eur in your bank, let us Know, we will arrange it for you.

Can you please confirm that we have now resolved your pending enquiries in regards to your recent withdraw?
