Withdrawal delayed for 4 months

I've had an account at b-Bets for five years. I've made numerous deposits and withdrawals without major problems, and my account is fully verified.

On 6 April this year, I withdrew 3696€, and on 8 May another 2047.14€, both via bank transfer as usual. Only after the latter withdrawal did I notice I hadn't received any instalments of the first withdrawal (they break larger withdrawals into 1000€ instalments and send them about two weeks apart).

On 9 May I e-mailed their support to ask what's going on. They replied that they had sent the payments as per normal and asked me to provide a bank statement showing that I hadn't received them. I did so on 11 May, and on the 13th was told that they would start an investigation into the matter.

On 24 May, I mailed them to get an update after not having heard from them since.

On 26 May, I was told they're still doing checks, but I should expect "positive feedback" soon. I waited nearly three weeks for news, didn't receive any so mailed them again on 12 Jun.

On 16 Jun, they told me the investigation was still going on and that they will keep me updated. I didn't receive any mail related to the matter for nearly a month.

So on 12 Jul I mailed them one last time and told I would open an Askgamblers complaint. Again I was told the investigation is still going on.

Now, three weeks later, I still haven't received any of the 5743.14€. All communication during the four month wait has been initiated by me. As far as I know, only two 1000€ instalments of the total have been sent and somehow gone missing. I've offered to accept Skrill, Neteller or any other payment service for the remaining nearly 4000€ while they're tracking down the missing 2000€, but they have shown no interest in finding an alternative way of getting me my money.
