Withdraw problem with B bets

Hi,

I have made a withdrawal in B-bets casino at 1.8.2023. They approved the withdrawal but nothing has arrived in my bank account. And now they are saying the same thing about some delay and next day same song about delay. Can you please help me with this situation? You can find below what they have now responded for one week every day... And I have always used only my own money, not bonus money.

Hi,

thank you for your help in this situation. So the disputed payment is 5 000€. And they are still saying same thing that they have withdraw the money for me... They have some kind on strange bank because it takes over two weeks to tranfers..
