Waiting for my withdraw more than 1 month

Hi,
My withdawal of 2100 Eur was "processed" on 1 Feb, 2019. They state that withdrawals take 2-5 business days. As of today 4th March, 2019 (1 month after withdrawal request) I have not yet received a penny. Live chat support keeps telling me there is an investigation in finance department and they're looking into the delay. They always promise to notify of any updates via email however weeks go by and nothing changes. My account is fully verified. This is completely unacceptable, I request this to be resolved immediately

The total amount of your payouts is €2318 and they have been sent to your Skrill account as one transfer.
Please, be reminded that as it is noted in our terms, there is a transfer fee of 10% applied by the payment provider (Skrill) for e-wallet transfers. This is the reason why you see a different amount on your end. The €2086 is the amount after the transfer fee is deducted.
