Hi,
My Name is lukas and i have a huge Problem with the b bets casino. 1,5 month ago i won 5000 euros, since then the casino rejected to work on my verification. Ive send all the needed documents, but they keep saying i need to be patient and should wait some longer. That is honestly frustrating, because it is a lot of money and i dont know what to do, because the casino keeps on doing nothing. I hope you can support me! Proof is send with this complaint. Dear Customer,

Firstly I would like to thank you for your patience during the verification process, our relevant departments are working very hard in order to process all the withdrawal requests.

Verification process unfortunately takes time, however it is necessary for the safety of all financial transactions.

I would also like to draw your attention to the Withdrawal Request section of our Terms and Conditions, which states as follows:

Condor Group shall endeavor for payments to take place in the forty-eight (48) hours following the Player’s request but does not hold itself liable for a specific period of time in this regard. Condor Group does not hold itself liable for any additional processing time as may be applied by the payment services providers of the Player as per the contractual relationship between the respective payment provider and the Player.

Upon the completion of your verification process, on the 30th of December, our relevant department was able to continue with your payment that was processed in installments, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
The installments were paid out in the time period between the 20th of January and the 8 of March at which point your withdrawal has been fully processed by our relevant department and you should have received your money in its entirety.
