I have a withdraw pending, the amount is 2860. It’s been taking 1 week already and it is still pending. I use the livechat everyday but they tell me the same story everyday. The story they tell me all the time is that I need to have more patience and that the department team is working on it. But they have all the documents, my account is verified so I don’t know why they take so long.

Everyday they have a new thing. Now every single bet I want to place needs to be 1.80 or higher. I can’t bet twice on the same match. I can’t win more than €500,- in one bet, because when it is higher than €500,- it is rejected.

Please note that we have checked your case and allow us to elaborate what has happened.

You have requested withdrawal on 28th of June 2021, and after careful review of our relevant department your withdrawal request has been declined due to breach one of our Sportsbook rules. As it is stated in our Terms and conditions, please note that placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the User’s starting balance (deposit plus bonus) until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met is not permitted. Following this rule, your withdrawal has been declined and your balance was reinstalled to your starting balance which was €685 deposit amount and €111 bonus amount. We have informed you on this over email and you have also contacted us over Live chat where you have requested removal of the €111 bonus. As per your request the bonus was removed after which you have requested new withdrawal in the amount of whole deposit, however this withdrawal was also declined. The reason was because your deposit was not played through.
As per our Terms and Conditions a Player always needs to have placed at least his deposit amount in bets before he or she is able to withdraw the money, or in other words, the amount of deposit needs to be played at least once in whole before you can request a withdrawal. Once you play through your deposit amount you can request new withdrawal.

My withdrawals was declined from 180 to 50e with two different bonuses

I deposited 50€ and wagered 2000€, and was withdrawing 140.80€, when I got a free 5€ bonus. With this 5€, I won 41,12€ after wager. Since my previous withdrawal was pending, I wasn't allowed to do another, so I decided to cancel the previous one and withdraw altogether, as my KYC was still pending.

Now that everything is clear, they state that I can withdraw max 10x bonus, which is 50€, even though clearly 140.8 were won from a 50€ deposit bonus.

What a joke.

They are delaying everything

I won amount of 1400€ over a week ago. I did a withdrawal and they asked same day my bank statement. I delivered it instantly in same day. In a 7 days they havent answered my questions about the situation of my withdrawal. They dont answer my emails or anything.

Even the kyc things arent working on their site. You cant send them files they want to kyc. You can send them only with email. I sent them over a week ago, and they said that they got it and are working on it but after that they wasnt answering anymore. Last message was sent for me 5 days ago, and they said that they wil give me some updates next day, but still nothing. I send them questions every day but they just dont answer.

Hi.

I would like to report an online casino called b-bets ( https://mobile.b-bets.com/fi/login ).

They have not paid me €1600 in withdrawals despite their promises(b-bets_a64ca73b-5e14-4629-94bb-f1875881ac9e), and they are not even answering me anymore.

In the screenshots of the messages, you can see how they claim that the withdrawals were sent from them weeks ago, but nothing shows up in my account. Only the first installment (€800) has come to me, but they have not paid the remaining €1600.

The dates are visible in the screenshots. In the latest email, there is a screenshot of Finnish text, which has been translated back into English with Google Translate, because I could not translate it to its original form. It is also interesting that at first they said that the withdrawal due on the second day of the month had already been sent, and when I asked about it again 1-2 days later, they said that the withdrawal is still being checked. Will I ever get my money (€1600) from them?

Closed my account and stole my winning

I played at b-bets casino, I was lucky to win 5800 euros. I ordered payment for 5000 euros and waited about two weeks, a few days ago I found out that my account is blocked and my winnings confiscated. I played only slot games, I did not violate the rules of the casino, I believe that the casino blocked my account for no reason. I have played at B-bets Casino. and deposited a total of 3000€. I made many bets and then I decided to withdraw my money.

I got my account verified a long time ago and I successfully withdrew 450€. After this, I requested a €550 withdrawal more than a month ago, but my withdrawal has still not been processed. Naturally, I cannot make new requests.

Hello, I’m writing this complaint because I had enough of this casino payment system.
