Please note that we have checked your case and allow us to elaborate what has happened.
You have requested withdrawal on 28th of June 2021, and after careful review of our relevant department your withdrawal request has been declined due to breach one of our Sportsbook rules. As it is stated in our Terms and conditions, please note that placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the User’s starting balance (deposit plus bonus) until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met is not permitted. Following this rule, your withdrawal has been declined and your balance was reinstalled to your starting balance which was €685 deposit amount and €111 bonus amount. We have informed you on this over email and you have also contacted us over Live chat where you have requested removal of the €111 bonus. As per your request the bonus was removed after which you have requested new withdrawal in the amount of whole deposit, however this withdrawal was also declined. The reason was because your deposit was not played through.
As per our Terms and Conditions a Player always needs to have placed at least his deposit amount in bets before he or she is able to withdraw the money, or in other words, the amount of deposit needs to be played at least once in whole before you can request a withdrawal. Once you play through your deposit amount you can request new withdrawal.
