Stalling payments and not telling why

B-bets is stalling my 2 withdrawls of 100 euro's each for over 2 weeks now.

I've made 2 withdrawls on the 7th and 9th of may. Both have been "approved" and when asked why this is what the SD says:

Lilly:

I have no access to the information to tell you what is wrong. All the sensitive information such as IBAN numbers, account holders, transactions numbers are reviewed by the Financial department only for security reasons. They are investigating with our payment provider what went wrong and once know more, we will updated. And we in our turn, will inform you

Lilly:

I cannot provide you information I simply do not have at this current moment, I am sorry. However, I can assure you the investigation will be completed and you will receive your funds.

Lilly:

In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

As you can see this is all generic, and nothing which regards to me perticularry.

As this "investigation" is going on for over 10 days now with no emails, updates or whatsoever all ican see is that they are delibiratally stalling my payments.

Please confirm if the issue has been resolved. Be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly. Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS terms providing updates in a timely manner is a must.

Since the moment you have reported this to our support team - they have escalated the matter accordingly and requested a check. As it is stated in our terms - we do work with third party payment providers in regards to wiring payments. This would explain that sometimes delays might be caused not because of lack of competency on our end but simly time to process and receive information.

We do appreciate your feedback, however, we would like to underline the fact that this timis was just a coincidence.

Please, do check in with your bank and confirm whether you have received the payments.

Thanks for the update. I do however hate the fact that i've been asking this privatly for over a week and nothing will change. I drop a complaint on this site and there is a response within 24 hours. And again, when i make a transaction i get an instant message when that goes wrong. I cannot fathom how a "professional" company as you guys pretend to be, have to "investigate" this for over 10 days in order to come to this conclusion.

This tells me that you're still stalling. Shame on you.

Dear Player,

We have looked into the payment details of the two 100 euro payouts. As per received information it has been found that both of the initial transfers have not returned success with our payment provider. We have taken an immediate action and rewired both payments yesterday. You should expect to have them with you in up to 5 business days.
