Stalling payments and not telling why
B-bets is stalling my 2 withdrawls of 100 euro's each for over 2 weeks now.
I've made 2 withdrawls on the 7th and 9th of may. Both have been "approved" and when asked why this is what the SD says:
Lilly:
I have no access to the information to tell you what is wrong. All the sensitive information such as IBAN numbers, account holders, transactions numbers are reviewed by the Financial department only for security reasons. They are investigating with our payment provider what went wrong and once know more, we will updated. And we in our turn, will inform you
Lilly:
I cannot provide you information I simply do not have at this current moment, I am sorry. However, I can assure you the investigation will be completed and you will receive your funds.
Lilly:
In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
As you can see this is all generic, and nothing which regards to me perticularry.
As this "investigation" is going on for over 10 days now with no emails, updates or whatsoever all ican see is that they are delibiratally stalling my payments.
